This is the Zoma distribution cart of Dragon Quest IX. It is the full game, but what is unique is it has a custom distribution map not found normally in games. Since this game can only be told by the back sticker, it is pretty hard to find considering a lot of these games with the map had the sticker moved, so would be hard to find out what games has this map without that back sticker.
